DIEGO R. RODRIGUEZ

Hey! My name is Diego Rodriguez, I’m an actor hailing from Austin, Texas and I appreciate you checking me out. Music was my first love, and when I was able to pair that with an overactive imagination I knew the theater was the place for me. 

I’ve found that I have a broad definition of success for myself and that I’m eager to try new things. I’ve also found that a huge part of why I love doing theater so much is because of the kinds of people I get to meet. The idea of traveling somewhere new and exploring what it’s like living in a new setting is exciting for me. 

I pride myself in having a variety of interests beyond only theater, which gives me more perspective on how to tell stories and create theater with a larger impact in mind. I look beyond just my own needs in a production, and work hard to make collaborating enjoyable for everyone.

Lastly, I know that I want to find a way to use my work for something beyond entertainment, and help improve my communities.
